Step 1: Tell us what you want

Our consultation begins by listening to what you need. If you don't already know the specific types and styles of furniture and accessories you'd like, we can help you choose from the hundreds of designs we offer.

Step 2: Determine the details

Once you know what products you are interested in, we will help you select the best materials, finishes, and dimensions for each item. If none of our current designs meets your needs we can modify our existing products, or even create an entirely new design tailored to your exact requirements.

Step 3: Our proposal

From our consultation, we will draw up a proposal that includes line drawings and specifications of each product, our price vs. budget targets quote, and projected delivery schedule.

Step 4: Manufacture and delivery

Upon submission of your order, your furniture and accessories are manufactured using the best construction techniques including maximum tolerance screws, catalyzed lacquer finishes, hafale glides, and cross member supports to provide long life and excellent performance. Our rigorous quality controls ensure that every item that comes out of our factory meets or exceeds our strict visual and structural specifications.
